New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial. During this period, users can access and evaluate our services without any charges. It is the responsibility of the user to cancel the service within this 30-day period to avoid being charged.

3.2 Credit Usage:

Along with the free trial, Social Boost AI provides $5 of free credits monthly, applicable for use in phone, text, email, workflows, and AI services. If the usage exceeds this credit limit, standard charges as per our pricing policy will apply.

3.3 Cancellation Policy:

To cancel the service and avoid charges, users must cancel before the end of the 30-day trial period. Failure to cancel within this period will result in automatic enrollment into the paid plan.

3.4 Exceeding Free Credits During Trial:

If a user exceeds the $5 credit limit provided by Social Boost AI during the trial period, standard charges will apply for the excess usage, and the user will be billed accordingly.

4. Resale Policy

You must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price Policy when reselling access to our platform and are fully liable for your customers' use.

5. Prohibited Uses

We strictly prohibit unlawful use of the platform, exploitation or harm to others, sending of unauthorized advertising, impersonation, and any activity that inhibits the use or enjoyment of the platform by others.

6. Payment

All fees associated with the use of the platform are subject to change and are non-refundable. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for all transactions conducted through your platform account.

7. Affiliate Program

Participation in our Affiliate Program is subject to approval and adherence to our Affiliate Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform and all content within it are the property of Social Boost AI, except for User Contributions, which you grant us the right to use.

9. Disclaimers

We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to the inability to access or use our services or the deletion of your data subsequent to termination.
